Real Madrid have a slim chance of finishing in the top eight of the Champions League when the face off against French side Brest at the Stade de Roudourou. Will the La Liga giants win?

After a narrow 1-0 Ligue 1 win over Le Havre, the French side have now won seven of their last ten games in all competitions and come into this fixture just one point behind 7th place Atalanta.

Real Madrid have been in an impeccable run of form as they have won nine of their last ten games in all competitions including a 5-1 thrashing of Salzburg in their last Champions League game.

Carlo Ancelotti's side have been defensively poor in the Champions League, however, failing to keep a clean sheet in all seven Champions League matches this season.

Verdict

Brest will be willing to play on the transition as they'll be looking to exploit Real Madrid's defensive vulnerabilities against counter attacks. That could lead to an entertaining end to end game and I'll be backing Over 2.5 goals.
